How do I request for a driver from Prime Delivery?

To start utilising our services, you will need an account.

How will I be charged for the services?

You will be billed on a weekly basis for all delivery charges incurred by you in your account. Payment is via credit card or alternatively you can make a pre-payment via bank transfer / cheque.

Is there any criteria that I need to meet before I can sign up for an account?

There is no minimum number of trips or lock-in periods before you can sign up for an account. Account setup if free but subject to credit approval.

Do I have to register for every food outlet that I have?

You are able to create sub-accounts for every food outlet that you have.

What type of vehicles will drivers on Prime Delivery use?

Taxis, Cars and Motorcycles are used for deliveries. You may opt for ‘Cars Only’ when requesting for a driver.

What is your lead time for deliveries?

Our earliest delivery lead time is 1 hour 30 minutes. For 6.30 pm drop-off, the latest time to request for a driver will be at 5 pm.

Can I request for additional stops?

We only accept advance requests for multiple drop off locations. Please contact us to arrange.

How secure is the food while it is being transported?

Food shops must pack and seal the food properly in its packaging box and that items are placed in an upright position to prevent spillage.

What happens if there is spillage during the delivery?

Spillage may occur during the transportation of food due to a variety of reasons. Please resolve the matter directly with the driver, we shall not be liable for compensation or any damages that may arise from spillage.

What happens if the customer complains that the delivery was late?

We are sorry to learn about the delay. Please contact our operator via chat.

What if our restaurant does not pass the order to the driver on time?

To compensate for the waiting time, late charges will be imposed after a 15 minutes grace period.
